More difficult car ignited a new time off?

1988 Toyota Cressida car (automatic) always have a problem when the new road is turned off after some time. Every time off can not be readily turned on again and had to wait at least 5 min. 've Changed a new delco illness but still not lost. Often the problem if you want the gas station pumping gas for the car is turned off and always ask if they are not willing to reject would serve.
