How do I treat dog pom?

I have a dog kind of about 2-month-old Pomeranian. How do I care?
pom dogs must be on the patient really

1. complete vaksim
2. bathe 2 weeks 1 time to prevent dog flea
3. eating regularly
4. drink milk 2 times a day
5. if ill immediately take it to dr. SPH.
